profile - Paul and Helen Kenny
Paul Kenny has lived in Kalgoorlie-Boulder since his parents moved here in 1974 and Helen arrived to teach at Boulder Junior Primary School in 1988. They married at the end of that year, had 4 kids in 6 and a half years and have lived and worked, studied and served as part of the community ever since. They now have 3 gorgeous grandchildren, who live in Boulder with their parents, and 3 adult children in Perth.
Paul was an office machines service manager for 25 years until the opportunity to take over and rebrand Move Goldfields emerged. This is an exciting step for Paul, a passionate local who loves meeting new people from all walks of life and making them feel welcome and included; he enjoys finding common links and connecting people in with organisations and groups to make sure they feel valued and belong. His own connection with local companies is strong, as he has built up positive rapport with administration managers across the Goldfields.
Helen owns Design Sense Graphics & Web, a graphic design business in Boulder. She has developed strong links within all sectors of the business community over the past 16 years and is enjoying working with Paul to establish a new entity that will add value to the lives of people coming to live here and help promote our city and community. Helen is passionate about presenting Move Goldfields with a professional identity, so the business develops a positive reputation that flows on to people’s first impressions and experiences as new residents.
Paul and Helen both have National Police Clearances, Working With Children Checks and Paul has a Senior First Aid Certificate, so you will be in safe hands when you spend time with us.
